Dr. Paul Dodson, D.C.
Dr. Paul Dodson has called Richland, Washington home for more than 30 years and has dedicated his career to helping individuals and families achieve better health through chiropractic care. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from Washington State University before pursuing pre-medicine studies at Logan University in St. Louis, Missouri, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology. He went on to complete his Doctorate of Chiropractic at Logan College of Chiropractic in 2009.
Dr. Paul’s approach to chiropractic care is rooted in his belief that true health involves the whole person. He is passionate about educating and empowering his patients to make lifestyle choices that support their health and well-being. His philosophy considers the connection between the mind, body, and spirit, with an emphasis on how structure, emotions, and physiology work together to influence overall health.
In addition to providing chiropractic care for adults, Dr. Paul is certified in pediatric and prenatal chiropractic care, allowing him to provide specialized care for children and women throughout pregnancy. He believes chiropractic care should be personalized to each individual and their stage of life, with a focus on supporting healthy movement, function, and overall well-being.
Outside of the office, Dr. Paul enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and traveling. If he could choose anywhere to travel, there’s a good chance you’d find him somewhere with a beach.
Kim Overman, LMT
Kim was born and raised in the Tri-Cities. After being introduced to chiropractic care by Dr. Paul, she was motivated to attend Victoria's Academy to become a licensed massage therapist. After graduating in 2024, she wanted to work alongside him to help improve the lives, wellness, and health of others.
She is dedicated to promoting pain relief, relaxation, and a safe space for her clients through personalized care, communication, and being attentive to each of their needs. Kim's favorite part about being a massage therapist is the deep satisfaction she gets for helping people feel their best both physically and emotionally.

Lillian Barnes, LMT
Lillian graduated from the Tri-City School of Massage in 2006 and previously served 8 years in the U. S. Navy. She has practiced over 20 years in private and clinical settings, traveled to several countries to provide training and massage services, and educates therapists locally.
Modalities include Deep Tissue, Intra Oral, Cranial Sacral, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation and Pregnancy, Labor and Delivery Massage.
Lillian Applies her expertise and creativity to develop successful treatment plans to provide relief from TMJ, headache, back and neck pain, and achieve increased mobility and range of motion. Additional certifications and endorsements include Breath Coach, Stretch Coach, Intra Oral Massage, and Pregnancy, Laborand Delivery Massage. She is currently pursuing her certification in Trager Approach Therapy and holds a massage license in Washington and Hawaii.
Movement is a natural part of Lillian’s life-she loves learning, exploring new places, hiking, biking, and spending time outdoors, especially near the water.

Karen Reithmayr, LMT
Karen graduated from Victoria’s Academy in 2015. She specializes in therapeutic massage focused on pain relief, muscle recovery, and stress reduction. Dedicated to helping patients improve mobility, reduce tension, and support overall wellness through personalized treatment plans and targeted therapeutic techniques.
In her free time, she enjoys hiking, exploring nature, and discovering beautiful waterfalls.

Meagan, Operations Manager
Meagan was born and raised in the Tri‑Cities and is proud to be part of a community that values connection and care. As the office operations manager, she is passionate about providing excellent customer service and making sure every patient feels welcomed, supported, and well taken care of from start to finish.
Meagan helps with scheduling, insurance questions, and keeping the clinic running smoothly so our care team can focus on helping you feel your best.
Outside of the office, she love spending time with family, enjoying the outdoors, and cheering on the Seattle Mariners. She looks forward to helping make your experience at our clinic a positive and comfortable one.
Kimberly, Billing Manager
Kimberly is our billing manager. Working in chiropractic has been a passion of hers ever since she became a patient after a sports injury while in high school. She enjoys using her experience to help people, whether it’s answering insurance questions or understanding the benefits of chiropractic. She feels very blessed to work with the amazing team at Pure Chiropractic and Massage and looks forward to many more years.
Outside the office, she enjoys family time; her greatest joy is being Grandma to 5 beautiful grandchildren.
Amy, Office Administrator
Amy is our friendly smiling face you'll see as you walk into our clinic. Starting with Dr. Paul in 2024, Amy brings with her experience in providing excellent front-desk support and creating a welcoming environment for both our patients and colleagues.
Outside of work, she is a dedicated wife and proud mom to two young adults. Amy enjoys hiking, traveling, solving puzzles, and spending quality time with her family and loved ones.
